Configure Service Groups

Objective: Configure a Shadow IT Service Group

Tasks

Access Service Groups

1. From the top navigation bar, select Governance and then Service Groups:

Create a new Service Group

2. Under the Actions dropdown, select Create Service Group:
3. In the textbox at the top of the page, enter a name for this group such as “Anonymous Data Upload Services”:
4. Toggle Auto Assignment to on and then click add rules
5. Click the button “Select” next to This Seevice Group will apply,
6. then next to the if box, begin typing “anonymous” and select Service Allows Anonymous Use from the list that appears:
7. Select is from the list:
8. Check the yes box and then click OK:
9. Tick the AND box and repeat the previous steps to add a condition for Data Encryptions at Rest is NOT Yes and then click OK:
10. Click Apply.
11. Wait a moment while the list populates. Feel free to scroll through the list to see a sampling of the services that are included in the service group.
12. Click Save.
