Configure the Hybrid Policy Routing Exception

To support a smooth migration path, the hybrid policy routing allows you to select either the SWG appliance or the SWG cloud policy as default policy and define exceptions to allow selected users or user groups to use the other policy. Next, we will keep the SWG appliance policy as default but exclude your lab client user from this setting, enabling only this user in our organisation to use the cloud native policy.

  1. On the Skyhigh SSE Cloud Console go to Policy -> Web Policy -> List Catalog and create a new String list
