Resolve the Incident

Objective: Remove the Offending File From Public Access


Quarantine the file from the Skyhigh Dashboard

  1. From the Policy Incidents screen click the true-positive incident to open the details slide-out.
  2. Under the incident Incident Response heading, select Quarantine
  3. When prompted, set the incident status to Resolved

Further congratulations are in order, you case closed the case!
