About Tenant Restrictions

Employee access and sensitive data storage might be desired for enterprise cloud applications. These applications are also favorites of other organizations and many of these services have personal versions.

Many enterprises and individuals use the same cloud applications, and at the network can be difficult to distinguise between them so that access can be allowed to some tenants but restricted for others. For example, as a security professional you might want to allow access to the organization’s Office365 or Gsuite instance (where you have appropriate controls) but restrict access to tenants of other organizations or individual accounts.
