How To Get Help
If you need help during todays lab, please use the “raise hand” and chat features and a proctor will come to assist.
At a virtual event
We will give you reasonable time to complete the labs. No worries, when you still need more time or want to do more:
- When you have problems, please use the Chat / Q&A to ask your question.
- We will run polls during the labs to collect status from the students on how you are doing (when this feature is enabled).
- Finally: you will have access to the environment on the same day after the event to complete and extend your labs.
Tip
You can go āBack to questionā to change your status from āneed more timeā to ācompletedā. This helps us getting an accurate view on your progress.
At an in-person event
We will give you reasonable time to complete the labs. No worries when you run into problems:
- Raise your hand and a proctor will be over to assist shortly.
